Joe Brooks has been in the construction business in South Florida for more than 25 years. The Fort Lauderdale, FL native founded several successful construction-related businesses including one of the largest and most successful stucco companies in the US. Brooks is considered a visionary by his peers and is respected in the industry for his history of operating efficiently and creatively for nearly three decades. Brooks enjoys all aspects of the development process but devotes most of his time on the operational aspects of the business with an emphasis on the management and deployment of resources. Brooks loves the challenge of taking a parcel real estate and finding the highest and best use while making it beautiful and integrating it within the larger community. Above all else Brooks credits God for giving him success personally and professionally. Brooks enjoys meeting and mentoring new entrepreneurs and spends his personal time with his college age children and long time wife in either Nashville or in his home town of Fort Lauderdale.
