The Illinois native graduated from University of Illinois - Springfield with a degree in economics and a Masters in Business Administration. Buehnerkemper has trained and practiced as a financial analyst in the banking industry where he recently worked in the credit department. He chose a new path by joining the deal side of the real estate business by joining the Ardent Development team. He believes Nashville is primed for exciting growth in the years to come. Buehnerkemper works with the team to come up with projections for current and future real estate opportunities. He develops cash flow budgets and handles investor and lender relations on current and future deals.

 

“One of the benefits in working so closely with everyone is that I am more hands-on with each of the projects and can make adjustments quickly, “ says Buehnerkemper.

 

Buehnerkemper is also a skilled tennis player and enjoys traveling, especially to islands in the Caribbean. In addition, he loves learning and reading case studies of major real estate developments in the United States that have transformed communities for the better.
